Data Hub does not have dataset/dashboard versioning, diffing, or rollback. This page previously described one and has been rewritten to reflect what actually exists — a per-entity/per-variable audit log.
Every metered entity and variable has a Logs tab: an audit trail of changes and activity, including user-added notes, timestamps, and a description of what changed. See Core Concepts for the full picture. Logs can be filtered by date and browsed chronologically using Newest / Newer / Older / Oldest navigation controls, but there’s no diff view or restore-to-previous-state action — it’s a record of what happened, not a reversible version history.
