Data Hub doesn’t have a general-purpose sync scheduler with cron expressions or configurable retry/notification policies. Whether a data source has a configurable interval — and what it controls — depends on the source type.
  • Push-based sources (Obvius, JACE, CSV) send data to Data Hub on their own schedule; there is no pull interval to configure on the Data Hub side.
  • Polled sources — for example, Motion — have a polling interval field (in minutes) set on the data source’s configuration form, controlling how often Data Hub requests new data from that integration.
This page is a stub. The exact set of source types with a configurable polling interval, and where that setting lives in the UI, needs to be confirmed and filled in — see Connecting Data Sources for source-specific setup details in the meantime.

Checking whether a source is receiving data

Rather than a sync-run history, each variable shows a live data reception state — Online (receiving data normally) or Offline (no data for more than 12 hours). See Core Concepts for details.
